The wall-mount ballot box is a 13.75"W x 14"H acrylic collection box with a locking top and a separate entry form pocket. The wide slot (5.5"W x 0.5"D) accepts raffle tickets, cards, coins, and folded paper. The entire top opens with a small lock and two keys so you can empty the box and access all submissions at once.

Available in clear or white acrylic, the box mounts to any wall. The entry form pocket (5"W x 3"D for clear, 4.5"W x 3"D for white) holds printed forms or instructions next to the slot.
