How do I get volume pricing?
Use the volume pricing form on this page: list the products and quantities you need and your ship-to ZIP code. You can also call (321) 607-2121. Most inquiries receive a response within one business day.
Can a bulk order be customized?
Custom sizes, shapes, colors and configurations are quoted through the Custom Item Request form. Imprinting with graphics or custom text is also available.
How do large orders ship?
Large-quantity pallet orders and oversized items ship by freight and are not covered by the $15 flat rate. We send a freight quote for your approval before the order is processed.
Can I return items from a bulk order?
Unused stock items in original condition can be returned within 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom, made-to-order and personalized items are non-returnable.
Do you price match?
Price match requests are reviewed for identical items found at a lower price elsewhere. Submit the details on the Price Match page and our team will follow up.
