Once an order leaves our facility, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and must be authorized by our team.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Custom or imprinted products are non-returnable unless defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
