Beyond Acrylic: Industrial Strength & Signage Solutions. Sometimes, standard acrylic isn't enough. Whether you need the "virtually unbreakable" strength of Polycarbonate, the chemical resistance of LDPE, or the lightweight versatility of Coroplast, we cut the industry's toughest materials to your exact specifications.

Select Your Material:

  • Polycarbonate (Clear):

    • The "Unbreakable" Choice: 250x stronger than glass. Ideal for safety guards, machine windows, heavy-duty signage, and glazing.

    • Available Thicknesses: .020" (flexible film), .118" (1/8"), .177" (3/16"), and .220" (approx 1/4").

  • PETG (Clear):

    • The Fabricator's Favorite: High impact resistance (stronger than acrylic) and food-safe properties. Excellent for deep-draw thermoforming, machine guards, and cold bending.

    • Available Thicknesses: .118" (1/8") and .220" (approx 1/4").

  • Expanded PVC (White & Black):

    • The Sign Maker's Standard: Also known as foam PVC or Sintra. Lightweight, rigid, and durable with a matte finish. Perfect for photo mounting, screen printing, and indoor/outdoor signage.

    • Available Colors: White (3mm) and Black (3mm).

  • LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene):

    • The Flexible Workhorse: Soft, pliable, and incredibly tough. Highly resistant to chemicals and impact. heavily used for orthotics, stencils, and protective pads.

    • Available Thicknesses: 1.5mm (approx 1/16") and 3mm (1/8").

  • Coroplast (White):

    • The Temporary Sign: Fluted polypropylene sheet. Waterproof, lightweight, and economical. The industry standard for yard signs, real estate signs, and temporary displays.

    • Available Thickness: 4mm.

Precision Customization We bring the same precision to industrial plastics as we do to our acrylics:

  • Cut-to-Size: Enter your exact Length and Width (in inches).

  • Holes: We can pre-drill mounting holes for signage or machine guards.

  • Safety Corners: Add Radius Corners to remove sharp points on rigid sheets.

Edge Finishing Options:

  • Standard/Routered Edge: A clean, matte cut. (Standard for PVC, LDPE, and Coroplast).

  • Polished Edge: Available for Polycarbonate and PETG only, for applications requiring a clear edge.
