Perfect for a home gym.
Its definitely clear and mirror like finish. It has two sides and you have to REMOVE the protective film from the front part of the mirror to get the highly reflective finish. I use it in my garage gym.

Great for baby room!
This was the least expensive and best option I could find for our Montessori-inpired baby room. It's lightweight and easy to hang with picture-hanging strips, and I love knowing that it's safe. Reflection is clear and undistorted. I plan to purchase another to extend the area baby can view himself in.
