Return Policy:
 
Marketing Holders offers a return policy on merchandise that has been damaged during shipment or on unused merchandise still in its original packaging.  A request for refund or replacement must be submitted within 30 days after receipt of order.  Merchandise may be subject to a 25% reboxing & restocking fee on all returns for merchandise not damaged in transit.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for actual price paid, including any applicable sales tax.  We will only refund shipping/freight charges if Marketing Holders has sent the wrong item or if the item sent was damaged during transit.
 
1:To ensure that we process your return correctly, please follow the procedures outlined below when returning your merchandise.
 
2:Log into your account and request an RMA number. The approved RMA number will be emailed to you.  Do not attempt to return product until an approved RMA number has been issued.
 
3:Pack and seal all products to be returned or exchanged securely, in the original packaging if possible, along with copies of the original packing slip and RMA form.  We will not accept returns without the approved RMA number

Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you select a shipping method that provides a tracking or confirmation of delivery option and that you insure your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us.  These options will provide you with added protection since Marketing Holders will not be responsible for products lost or damaged during their return shipment.
 
Once Marketing Holders has received the returned items in the original packaging, a credit will be issued for the items less the 25% restocking fee.  This may take up to 15 working days.
 
Please note:  Once an RMA # has been issued the RMA # is valid for 30 days from issuance. Parts received after 30 days will not be credited.

Damages:

Although we try to pack all shipments with the greatest care, there may be the occasion when a shipment arrives damaged. If you receive a shipment with obvious carton damage, do not accept it. If you do accept it, insist on a damaged notation on the freight bill by the delivery person before you accept the shipment. Contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY and request an inspection. This must be done prior to filling a damage claim. If you must unpack, SAVE ALL BOXES and PACKING MATERIAL and contact Marketing Holders immediately. All damage claims must be made within 7 working days of receipt. We are NOT responsible for shipping damage.
